ScottishPower Renewables (UK) Limited, the UK's largest onshore renewables developer and Vattenfall Wind Power Ltd, the Swedish energy utility, have been awarded rights to develop up to 7,200MW of wind capacity off the coast of East Anglia as part of The Crown Estate's Round Three offshore wind programme. This is known as the East Anglia Offshore Wind (EAOW) joint venture.

As part of our policy of encouraging the use of the Internet as a channel for transactions with suppliers, EAOW uses an electronic tool for all of its tenders. It is mandatory for all suppliers who have received a formal invitation to tender to submit their bid via this Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) tool. Please note that no other method will be accepted.
The East Anglia ONE Offshore Windfarm received consent from the Department for Energy & Climate Change (DECC) on 17th June 2014. It is the largest Round 3 Offshore Wind project to be consented in the UK and the first to be consented in English and Welsh waters.
