ScottishPower Renewables (UK) Limited, the UK's largest onshore renewables developer and Vattenfall Wind Power Ltd, the Swedish energy utility, have been awarded rights to develop up to 7,200MW of wind capacity off the coast of East Anglia as part of The Crown Estate's Round Three offshore wind programme. This is known as the East Anglia Offshore Wind (EAOW) joint venture.

New information about EAOW's procurement tool and supplier registration portal
Procurement portal (for existing suppliers):
As part of our policy of encouraging the use of the Internet as a channel for transactions with suppliers, EAOW uses an electronic tool for all of its tenders. It is mandatory for all suppliers who have received a formal invitation to tender to submit their bid via this Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) tool. Please note that no other method will be accepted.
Supplier registration:
Please note that EAOW will be launching a supplier registration portal on the East Anglia Wind website during the course of 2013. In the meantime, if you are a business that is interested in working with EAOW then please email enquiries@eastangliawind.com with the subject title 'supplier registration'.
